1. Who we are

Elevateora ("we," "us," "our") operates this website and sells digital products through the Money & Business series and related offerings. By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads (PDF guides, worksheets, and related files). No physical goods are shipped.

  • Access is delivered instantly (or within a short delay) after successful payment, via email and/or a download link.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files promptly. Contact us if you lose access — we can resend a download link.

3. License and usage rights

When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files (in full or in part) with others
  • Repost the content publicly (online or offline)
  • Claim authorship of the content

This matches the notice already included in the free editions ("may not be resold or shared with others") — applied here to all products.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in [USD/EUR — confirm your store currency] and include/exclude VAT as applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no refunds will be issued.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital content and expressly consent to this immediate delivery.
  • You acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your right of withdrawal for this purchase once delivery has begun.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available after an order is placed, regardless of whether the files have been downloaded.
  • The only exception: if a file is corrupted, missing, or genuinely doesn't work as described, contact us — we'll fix access or provide a replacement.

6. Not financial, legal, or professional advice

Elevateora's products are educational content. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a licensed financial advisor. Results depend on your own situation, decisions, and execution, and are not guaranteed. For decisions with real financial consequences, consult a qualified, licensed professional.

7. Intellectual property

All content — text, design, templates, covers, and branding — is owned by Elevateora and protected by copyright. The license in Section 3 doesn't transfer ownership.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elevateora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Utrecht.
